TNT went 1-3 with Davis in the season-ending just and his impact was hardly felt in his stay with the team despite averaging a double-double with the squad.
The moves continue for TNT in the Governors' Cup.
After a disappointing four games with Stacey Davis, the KaTropa are moving on from their second import this conference.
TNT went 1-3 with Davis in the season-ending conference and his impact was hardly felt in his stay with the team despite averaging a double-double with the squad.
In the KaTropa's overtime victory over Columbian Sunday, Davis came off the bench and finished with 11 points and four rebounds.
With TNT set to go on a break together with the rest of the league as the FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers approaches, the KaTropa hope to have a new reinforcement by the end of the week.
"Hopefully by the end of the week. Tatlo naka-pila, ayaw ko ma-ano baka ma-preempt. Kasi yung tatlong to, meron din kumukuha eh," team manager Virgil Villavicencio said.
"Yung isa bago, yung dalawa [balik import]," he added.
Davis replaced the equally-disappointing Mike Glover who lasted just one game with TNT.
The KaTropa, with a 2-4 record, won their other game by going All-Filipino against Meralco.
