PBA: Elite shoot for share of first place
In the first game at 4:30 p.m., Blackwater looks to share first place with two-time defending champion Ginebra.

Already in their best start in franchise history, the Phoenix Fuel Masters go for more as the 2018 PBA Governors' Cup resumes play Wednesday.

Phoenix is currently at 3-1 in the standings and the Fuel Masters are out to keep their fire burning, taking on the Meralco Bolts (1-2) in the main 7:00 p.m. game at the Big Dome.

With import Eugene Phelps and Calvin Abueva leading the way, Phoenix looks like its finally ready to contend this conference and a win over Meralco, a finalist in the last two Governors' Cups, should help validate the team's status.

Meanwhile, the Bolts look to recover from back-to-back defeats.

In the first game at 4:30 p.m., Blackwater looks to share first place with two-time defending champion Ginebra.

The Elite are 2-0 following victories vs. TNT and San Miguel. Blackwater will have winless Northport (0-4) on deck.
