PBA DRAFT: Lyceum's CJ Perez leads list of Fil-foreigners
Perez, who has the Pirates back to the NCAA Finals to once again challenge the San Beda Red Lions, is the consensus top pick so far.

The 2018 PBA Draft is starting to take shape.

NCAA MVP and Lyceum star CJ Perez leads the list of Fil-foreigners that have already submitted their required documents ahead of the Draft scheduled for Dec. 16.

Perez, who has the Pirates back to the NCAA Finals to once again challenge the San Beda Red Lions, is the consensus top pick so far.

Joining Perez in the list of Fil-foreigners are Matt Salem, CJ Isit, Paul Varilla, Robbie Manalang, Trevis Jackson, and John Ragasa.

Fil-foreigners had until Oct. 26 to submit their applications which will all be subject to review until Dec. 3, the deadline for all local players to submit their own documents.

The PBA Draft combine is set for Dec. 12 and 13 and the final list of applicants will be announce on Dec. 14.

Aside from Perez, other names receiving consideration for the no. 1 overall pick are Babes Bolick of San Beda and Bobby Ray Parks Jr. of Alab Pilipinas.

Columbian is set to pick first for the second straight year.
