FIBA WORLD CUP: Castro and Tenorio make Gilas return
The Philippines, who currently sits at third place in Group F with a 5-3 record, will host Kazakhstan on Nov. 30 and Iran on Dec. 3.

Gilas Pilipinas has unveiled a brand-new, 20-man pool for the upcoming window of the 2019 FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers.

Head coach Yeng Guiao announced the lineup Tuesday and Team Pilipinas will feature the following players:

Paul Lee
Stanley Pringle
Alex Cabagnot
LA Tenorio
Matthew Wright
Marcio Lassiter
Ricci Rivero
Scottie Thompson
Gabe Norwood
Troy Rosario
Arwind Santos
Japeth Aguilar
Greg Slaughter
June Mar Fajardo
Beau Belga
Christian Standhardinger
JP Erram
Ian Sangalang
Kai Sotto

The Philippines, currently sitting at third place in Group F with a 5-3 record, will host Kazakhstan on Nov. 30 and Iran on Dec. 3.

Castro and Rosario, who are still serving their FIBA suspension, are both eligible for the Iran game.

Andray Blatche and Terrence Romeo, also eligible for the Iran game, have been left out of the pool for the moment.

Arwind Santos and LA Tenorio make their return to the national team while Ricci Rivero and Kai Sotto are the only cadets included in the lineup.

Christian Standhardinger and Stanley Pringle will be the national team's designated naturalized players in this upcoming window.

Gilas Pilipinas will start practice next week and aside from its regular practices, the national team will have four tune-up games against Jordan and Lebanon.

The Philippines will play Jordan on Nov. 19 and 21 while Lebanon will test the national team on Nov. 23 and 25.
