PBA: Brownlee on Ginebra's Clasico deficit:
After another tough loss Monday in Manila Clasico, the Gin Kings are now down 0-2 to Magnolia in the 2018 PBA Governors' Cup semifinals.

Now is the perfect time for Barangay Ginebra to show its Never Say Die attitude. Actually, it's the only time.

After another tough loss Monday in Manila Clasico, the Gin Kings are now down 0-2 to Magnolia in the 2018 PBA Governors' Cup semifinals.

One more loss and Ginebra's two-year reign in the conference officially ends.

"It's now do-or-die, we have to give out everything we have and do whatever we can to win," import Justin Brownlee said.

"We just gotta figure it out," he added.

The Gin Kings haven't figured things out in this series so far.

In two games, Ginebra was forced to play Magnolia's game and while the champs have had some moments, nearly everything else have gone the Hotshots' way.

The result is a 2-0 lead for Magnolia and Ginebra is suddenly on the brink of elimination.

"They showed their scrappiness off. They've been doing it all conference. That's what they are, and that's who they are," Brownlee said, of the Hotshots.

"I think we kinda got back to our game but still it wasn't enough. The effort wasn't enough today. We gotta know what we're doing on offense and defense. We gotta be able to execute," he added.
