PBA: Phoenix’s drive for five goes through NLEX
Friday against NLEX, Phoenix goes for 5-0 as the team looks to maintain pole position in the Philippine Cup.

Phoenix has been on a tear to start the 2019 PBA Philippine Cup.

The Pulse Fuel Masters are on a franchise-best start, winning their first four games for a clean 4-0 mark in the All-Filipino.

Friday against NLEX, Phoenix goes for 5-0 as the team looks to maintain pole position in the Philippine Cup.

The Road Warriors will not be an easy out though, despite a winless start and losing Kevin Alas again to another ACL injury, NLEX has won back-to-back games for a 2-3 record.

Tip off between NLEX and Phoenix will be at 4:30 p.m. live from the MOA Arena.

In the second game at 7:00 p.m., Rain or Shine (4-1) battles Northport (2-1).
