In the second 7:00 p.m. game, the top-ranked Fuel Masters take on nemesis Magnolia.
The top-2 spots in the 2019 PBA Philippine up could be decided Wednesday.
No. 1 Phoenix and no. 2 Rain or Shine take on separate opponents at the Big Dome, with both looking to solidify their respective grips at the top of the standings.
The Elasto Painters, dropping to 2nd place with a 7-2 record, will be up first in the 4:30 p.m. game, drawing Columbian.
ROS was on a high before the Gilas break, winning five straight games to take over first place. However, the Elasto Painters were given a rude awakening just last Sunday, taking a loss to TNT KaTropa.
Meanwhile, the Dyip can’t seem to find momentum despite a better showing in the All-Filipino this season. Columbian has a 3-5 record in the lower half of the standings.
In the second 7:00 p.m. game, the top-ranked Fuel Masters take on nemesis Magnolia. Phoenix has regained first place with a near perfect 7-1 mark and the Hotshots mark the start of the SMC gauntlet to finish off its elimination round schedule.
After three straight losses to start, the Hotshots finally scored a win last Saturday in CDO. The Hotshots are still last though, sporting a 1-3 record.
