PBA: No stopping June Mar for All-Filipino BPC?
After the elimination round of this year’s All-Filipino, Fajardo has an average of an insane 42.2 statistical points.

The gold standard in the PBA Philippine Cup is still June Mar Fajardo.

Already the record holder for most MVP awards and most Best Player of the Conference trophies, June Mar is on track to extend his reign in the latter as he leads all players in the 2019 PBA Philippine Cup so far.

After the elimination round of this year’s All-Filipino, Fajardo has an average of an insane 42.2 statistical points.

That’s built around 22.1 points and 12.5 rebounds per game, both of which lead the league.

However, June Mar’s 6th straight Philippine Cup BPC is not without challengers.

Northport’s Sean Anthony (37.1 SPs) and Stanley Pringle (36.0 SPs) are second and third respectively whle Calvin Abueva (34.9 SPs), RR Pogoy (34.7 SPs), and Matthew Wright (34.3 SPs) complete the top-6.

The Phoenix duo seem to be the ones to have the best shot at Fajardo as they still have the semifinals to add to their numbers.

Meanwhile, Pogoy’s TNT squad already pushed Fajardo’s champion Beermen on the brink of elimination in the Philippine Cup quarterfinals.

Moala Tautuaa (33.3), Ian Sangalang (33.0), Japeth Aguilar (31.9) and Jayson Castro (31.0) round out the Top 10 players in the All-Filipino.
