Game 3 of the Phoenix-San Miguel series will tip off at 6:30 p.m. on Easter Sunday live from the Big Dome.
San Miguel is looking unstoppable again.
The reigning four-time champon Beermen took a 2-0 lead in the 2019 PBA Philippine Cup semifinals against no. 1 Phoenix just before the Holy Week break and now they return on Easter Sunday looking for another win.
SMB should be favorites again in Game 3 and another win by the Beermen puts them on top of the best-of-7 series, 3-0.
Of course, no team has come back from a 0-3 deficit... except for San Miguel so it’s almost imperative for the Fuel Masters to get their first-ever semis win now.
Phoenix almost did in Game 2 before San Miguel proved to be the steadier team late. Despite the fact that this series is pretty lopsided now, it’s closer than most people think.
Game 3 of this series will tip off at 6:30 p.m. live from the Big Dome.
