PBA Finals: Series control hanging in the balance for Game 5
Tied at two games each after four games, defending champion San Miguel Beer and Magnolia fight for series control in the All-Filipino Finals with a pivotal Game 5, with the winner one step away from claiming the title.

Friday’s showdown could might as well decide the 2019 PBA Philippine Cup.

Tied at two games each after four games, defending champion San Miguel Beer and Magnolia fight for series control in the All-Filipino Finals with a pivotal Game 5, with the winner one step away from claiming the title.

The Beermen offense shine in Game 4 as the four-time champs scored 114 points on their way to a crucial series-tying victory.

Now, San Miguel looks to become the first team in this series to win back-to-back and take over for the first time.

Meanwhile, the Hotshots are still confident with their gameplan and were able to identify their key weakness in the Game 4 loss.

Magnolia has done a tremendous job of standing strong in these Finals and the team’s resolve will be tested again with Game 5 and a 3-2 lead hanging in the balance.

Tip off for this crucial showdown will be at 7:00 p.m. Friday live at the Big Dome.
