PBA: The Beast and the Fuel Masters take shot at Blackwater
Calvin Abueva and Phoenix will take a shot at unbeaten Blackwater in the Commissioner’s Cup.

Blackwater has been on a roll in the 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup so far, starting the conference off with three straight wins.

With no. 2 pick Ray Parks at the lead, the Elite have been impressive, with a win against defending champion Brgy. Ginebra already under their belts.

They have a big test once again coming up as they resume play Friday, taking on the debuting Phoenix Fuel Masters in the first 4:30 p.m. showdown at the MOA Arena

Phoenix of course, was the no. 1 seed in the All-Filipino and for the Commissioner’s Cup, the Fuel Masters have former Best Import and champion Rob Dozier as a reinforcement.

In the second game at 7:00 p.m., Meralco (1-2) is out to get back on the winning track against Rain or Shine.

The Elasto Painters debut in the mid-season joust and ROS also has a former Best Import and champion as a reinforcement in Denzel Bowles.
