At 2-1, the champs currently trail TNT (3-1), Blackwater (4-1), and Northport (4-1) in the team standings.

Defending champion Brgy. Ginebra looks to build momentum in the 2019 PBA Commissioner's Cup.

The Gin Kigns have won back-to-back games after an opening-day defeat and Friday against Rain or Shine, Ginebra shoots for a third straight win to keep in step with the early conference leaders.

At 2-1, the champs currently trail TNT (3-1), Blackwater (4-1), and Northport (4-1) in the team standings.

Meanwhile, ROS has stumbled out of the gate in the Commissioner's Cup, starting with a 0-2 mark.

Tip off for ROS-Ginebra is at 7:00 p.m. Friday at the Big Dome right after the 4:30 p.m. clash of Phoenix-Meralco.

The Fuel Masters will be without the suspended Calvin Abueva and head coach Louie Alas. Phoenix (1-1) is also without the injured Rob Dozier and instead, former Best Import Richard Howell will take over as the team's reinforcement.

Meralco (2-2) goes for back-to-back wins.
