Isaac Go has been hailed as the Conference MVP of the 2019 PBA D-League after standing strong for Cignal-Ateneo all tournament long.

The always dependable big man posted per game counts of 9.9 points on 45 percent shooting on top of 4.9 rebounds and 1.3 assists, helping the Blue Eagles drop just one game in the elimination round, quarterfinals, and semifinals.

All that was more than enough for Go to edge out teammate Thirdy Ravena as well as the Valencia-San Sebastian pair of RK Ilagan and Allyn Bulanadi for the top individual player trophy.

The 6-foot-8 veteran's steady presence was clearly missed when he was out due to illness in Game 2 of the Finals. There, he saw his side fall victim to an upset by seven-man CEU.
