Mitchell on playoffs for NLEX:
The road to the playoffs is treacherous but NLEX is still going to try and go there full spead ahead.

Despite starting the conference with a 0-6 record, NLEX is somehow still alive in the 2019 PBA Commissioner's Cup.

After getting that breakthrough win Wednesday against Meralco, the Road Warriors have shown that they still have some fight left in them as well.

The road to the playoffs is treacherous but NLEX is still going to try and go there full spead ahead.

"Quarterfinals? I don’t necessarily know how the standings go or how that works but damn, hell yeah we wanna try to make it to the playoffs, you know what I mean?" import Tony Mitchell said.

"If it comes down to it and we keep winning games, yeah of course we want to make it. We just gotta keep going day by day at this point," he added.

NLEX's road to a possible playoff appearance will face a huge test in defending champion Ginebra to close out this week of PBA games.

But the Road Warriors are ready for the champs.

"We’re not scared. It’s a good team. They just made a trade, everybody knows," Mitchell said.

"Stanley Pringle is gonna be there Sunday and we’re gonna be ready to play," he added.
