PBA: Bowles hopes to find a way to make it work with ROS
ROS has struggled to close in its last three outings and it's not strange that the team has a losing 1-2 record in those games.

As the no. 2 seed in the All-Filipino, Rain or Shine made it all the way to Game 7 of the 2019 Philippine Cup semifinals only to lose in overtime.

For the Commissioner's Cup, the team then added former Best Import and champion Denzel Bowles. ROS had reason to be confident in the mid-season joust.

ROS has been confident alright but the wins have come few and far in between in the Commissioner's Cup.

After a loss to NLEX Friday, the Elasto Painters are down to 3-4 in the team standings and can't seem to put together any momentum.

"At the end of the day, we're in every game," import Denzel Bowles said.

"We just gotta find a way to close. We just gotta keep fighting, man. I really have nothing much to say. We just gotta keep fighting," he added.

ROS has struggled to close in its last three outings and it's not strange that the team has a losing 1-2 record in those games.

If not for a last-second layup by Rey Nambatac in overtime against Columbian, the Elasto Painters will be in bigger trouble now.

"This is a good group of guys," Bowles said of his ROS crew.

"We just stick together and we'll find a way," Bowles added.
