PBA: Staying aggressive is key for Ginebra says Brownlee

Justin Brownlee and the Gin Kings are 5-4 for solo 5th in the Commissioner’s Cup so far.
At least for one game, Ginebra has figured out its Justin Brownlee dilemma and actually didn’t rely too much on its super import.
In the win against the Aces Sunday in the Commissioner’s Cup, the defending champion Gin Kings had three other players score at least 20 points to back up Brownlee, who had a near triple-double.
The key for Ginebra now is do that every game. Easier said than done.
“They played great,” Brownlee said of his local crew.
“[But] I just think sometimes you maybe lose a little rhythm, sometimes you have bad games,” he added.
When the Gin Kings do have bad games, which is inevitable really, it’s imperative for the team to stick with its system and identity.
Just because you can’t make some shots, the effort level goes down.
“I think you just stay aggressive an just stay with it,” the reigning Best Import said.
“[Do that and] I think you’ll be all right,” Brownlee added.
