PBA: Nambatac clutch again as ROS eliminates BWE
Nambatac’s mid-range connection gave the Elasto Painters an 85-83 lead with 18.5 seconds to go and after two stops on the other end, key misses from Ray Parks and Greg Smith, ROS sealed the victory to advance.

It was tough but Rain or Shine is moving on to the next round.

The Elasto Painters grinded out an 85-83 victory over Blackwater Thursday at the Big Dome, advancing to the semifinals of the 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup.

Up against an upstart Elite crew in a deciding Game 3, ROS had to pull out all the stops just to win this quarterfinals series, 2-1.

Following this victory, the Elasto Painters move on and will face San Miguel Beer in a best-of-5 semis showdown starting Saturday.

Rey Nambatac was clutch anew for ROS, once again shaking off Roi Sumang for a go-ahead jumper.

Nambatac’s mid-range connection gave the Elasto Painters an 85-83 lead with 18.5 seconds to go and after two stops on the other end, key misses from Ray Parks and Greg Smith, ROS sealed the victory to advance.
