2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup Best Import Terrence Jones has addressed the issue surrounding Arwind Santos’ monkey gesture aimed towards him.

Now, TNT has aired its side via team manager Gabby Cui.

In a team statement the KaTropa said that Arwind “should know better” considering he’s a veteran and has teammates that are Fil-American.

“It’s sad that Arwind, who has so much experience and championships, will have to resort to that,” the TNT statement read via Cui, who also acts as team manager for Gilas Pilipinas.

“He should know better and look at his own teammates before doing those actions. It’s disrespectful even to them,” the statement continued.

With the same sentiments as Jones, the KaTropa urge the PBA to take the matter seriously.

“The PBA should look into this incident closely. It’s not what our league is about,” the team said.
