Grand Slam is in play for San Miguel.
The Beermen have regained the PBA Commissioner’s Cup title, made possible after a 102-90 Game 6 win over TNT Friday at the Big Dome.
San Miguel completed a trifecta of victories to win this series, 4-2.
Game 6 was unlike the rest of the series as both teams struggled from the field in the opening half. Still, the Beermen built a mini-cushion with a 10-point lead at the break.
San Miguel the withstood a mini-run from Jayson Castro in the third and a final comeback attempt by TNT in the fourth to take the title.
