Brgy. Ginebra is off to a roaring start in the 2019 PBA Governors’ cup.

The Gin Kings rolled over a listless Alaska team, dominating for a 102-83 win Sunday at the Big Dome.

Ginebra gave up a 7-0 run to Alaska to start but it was all Gin Kings from then on, leading by as many as 24 points for a 1-0 record in the season-ending joust.

Justin Brownlee led the Gin Kings with 30 points and 22 rebounds while Greg Slaughter was Ginebra’s top local with 16 points.

The Aces dropped to 0-2 with the loss. Justin Watts was the high man for Alaska with 22 points.
