PBA: Light at the end of the tunnel seen in Abueva saga
“Super good news,” Fuel Masters head coach Louie Alas said of the latest development surrounding Abueva.

There’s finally some good news for Calvin Abueva.

The embattled Phoenix star has been cleared to rejoin team practice and it could be the start of his long road back to the PBA following his indefinite suspension last conference.

“Super good news,” Fuel Masters head coach Louie Alas said of the latest development surrounding Abueva.

Noon alagang confused kami eh. It’s a very good developlemt. Hopefully mapadali.

Abueva hasn’t played for Phoenix since May after he got suspended by the PBA two games into the 2019 Commissioner’s Cup.

Despite his downtime, Alas says that Calvin is in great shape and he hopes that the star forward will be fully reinstated in the ongoing Governors’ Cup.

So we’re just positive,” Alas said of Calvin’s status.
