Defending champion Magnolia will look to keep in step with the early leaders of the 2019 PBA Governors’ Cup.

The Hotshots are 2-1 with back-to-back wins, the latest being a close 69-68 decision over Rain or Shine just last Friday. Magnolia will shoot for three in a row Sunday against Alaska in the main 6:45 p.m. game at the Big Dome.

Alaska is reeling to start and the Aces are the only winless team remaining with a 0-4 record.

In the first game at 4:30 p.m., Meralco goes for its first winning streak as the Bolts take on Phoenix.

Meralco is 2-1 following a win over the Aces while the Fuel Masters are in the lower half of the standings with a 1-3 mark.
