PBA: Columbian regains winning ways at the expense of Elite

It’s back to winning for Columbian.

The Dyip dominated Blackwater Friday at the MOA Arena, taking a 102-90 win in the 2019 PBA Governors’ Cup.

Despite a rather inconsisent conference, Columbian is up to 3-2 in the team standings, dropping the Elite to a 1-3 record.

Columbian had three 20-point scorers led by Rashawn McCarthy with 25 built on seven triples.

No. 1 rookie CJ Perez finished with 24 points, 10 rebounds, and six assists while import Khapri Alston had a huge double-double effort of 24 points and 20 rebounds.

Aaron Fuller, replacing Marqus Blakely as Blackwater import, led the Elite with 26 points.
