NLEX is in a good spot right now in the 2019 PBA Governors’ Cup but if the Road Warriors are to make a serious run this conference, they’ll need a win Wednesday.

The Road Warriors are tied for second with San Miguel Beer in the team standings, sporting identical 4-1 records.

A victory means that NLEX regains solo second and will be one step closer to the playoffs with a twice-to-beat edge. The team has made moves in order to achieve that, replacing longtime import Olu Ashaoulu for NBA guy Manny Harris.

Columbian also looks to make a move in the playoffs as the Dyip enter Wednesday’s set at the Ynares Center in Antipolo with a 3-2 mark.

NLEX-Columbian, with big implications in the team standings, will tip off at 4:30 p.m. followed by a 7:00 p.m. clash featuring defending champion Magnolia (3-2) and Blackwater (1-3).
