PBA: Suspended Calvin Abueva issues public apology
In a video posted on his Instagram, Calvin said sorry to pretty much everyone for his actions that got him suspended.

Calvin Abueva coming back soon?

Months after being indefinitely suspended by the PBA, the enigmatic Phoenix star went to social media to issue an apology Saturday.

In a video posted on his Instagram, Calvin said sorry to pretty much everyone for his actions that got him suspended.

Abueva only lasted two games in the 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup. In their first game against Blackwater, Calvin had an incident where he made lewd gestures towards the girlfriend of rookie Ray Parks.

Two days later, Abueva clotheslined TNT import Terrence Jones during a heated game in Antipolo. Calvin hasn’t played since.

“Ako po ay humihingi ng paumanhin sa mga nagawa ko po dito sa PBA,” Calvin said.
