PBA: Gin Kings hold off Blackwater for 4th straight win

Barangay Ginebra’s surge to the top of the PBA standings continue.
The Gin Kings escaped Blackwater Wednesday at the Cuneta Astrodome, taking a 101-93 win in the 2019 Governors’ Cup.
It’s Ginebra’s fourth straight victory for a 5-2 record, tied for third with idle Meralco.
Six Gin Kings scored in double figures, including all five starters.
LA Tenorio led the way with 20 points while Japeth Aguilar came off the bench to add 18.
Super import Justin Brownlee had another triple-double for Ginebra, posting 17 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 assists. It's Brownlee's fourth triple-double this conference in seven games.
Blackwater’s free-fall continued with the loss and the Elite are now 2-7 for the conference. Mac Belo was the high man with 19 markers off the bench.
