PBA: No Banchero for Alaska as Aces resume play
The Aces’ longtime starter at the guard spot, Banchero was reportedly dealt to Magnolia for Robbie Herndon and Rodney Brondial.

Looks like Chris Banchero is really on the move.

Banchero was absent Sunday as Alaska resumed play in the 2019 PBA Governors’ Cup against Northport at the Big Dome.

The Aces’ longtime starter at the guard spot, Banchero was reportedly dealt to Magnolia for Robbie Herndon and Rodney Brondial.

However, the deal has yet to be made official by the PBA.

Herndon and Brondial were also not present for Alaska Sunday. The Aces are currently at 2-6 in the team standings, barely avoiding the cellar in the Governors’ Cup.
