PBA: Ginebra and Columbian meet with seedings on the line
Ginebra vs. Columbian will have some playoff implications in the 2019 PBA Governors’ Cup.

The 2019 PBA Governors’ Cup elimination round has less than one week left and 10 teams are busyy trying to secure their final slots.

Two will take on each other Friday at the Big Dome.

Barangay Ginebra is out to preserve its place in the top-4 in order to secure a twice-to-beat advantage in the quarterfinals.

The Gin Kings enter with a 6-3 record.

Going up against Ginebra is Columbian and the Dyip have a 4-6 record.

Columbian is tied for 7th-9th with Alaska and Northport and a win allows the Dyip to take over solo 7th.

Tip off is at 7:00 p.m. right after the first 4:30 p.m. game between also-ran Phoenix (2-8) and Blackwater (2-8).
