PBA All-Interview Team: The Best of Arwind Santos
San Miguel's Arwind Santos is without a doubt, the PBA's King of Quotes.

Much like on-court performances, some PBA personalities are just better than others when it comes to how they address and carry themselves with the media.

Each year, the PBA Press Corps fills out the All-Interview Team, PBA personalities who consistently give out quotable quotes.

More than the soundbytes however, winners of the All-Interview team are five players and a head coach that always take time out of their busy schedule to make themselves available for the Press Corps.

Arwind Santos is the final player in the 2019 PBA All-Interview team. Here are some best from last season from San Miguel Beer's other MVP winner.

“Basta wala lang sakalan."

On their way to a 5th staight Philippine Cup championship, the Beermen were locked in a highly-physical semifinals against no. 1 see Phoenix.

San Miguel largely kept its cool in the series, resulting in a nice five-game win.

The Beermen welcomed the physical play, as it's normal when the stakes are higher in basketball.

Arwind and the Beermen were willing to tolerate the physicality, as long as no one puts anyone in a choke hold.

Santos sure knows a thing or two about that.

"Oh di ba tabla na."

Arwind has taken a liking to predicting stuff in San Miguel's favor over the last few seasons.

And as the Beermen faced trouble in the Philippine Cup Finals against Magnolia, Santos predicted a deadlock heading into a pivotal Game 5.

San Miguel took a crucial Game 4 win, proving Arwind right, yet again.

“Hindi naman pwede sisihin ang pagkatalo namin kay Spider-Man."

Arwind made another prediction during that Philippine Cup Finals against Magnolia, saying they'll go up 3-2 after Game 5.

That wasn't quite the case, as Mark Barroca hit a booming game-winner to put the Hotshots ahead.

But before that, a wild Spider-Man halted the proceedings, and the craziness that ensued certainly left the Beermen in shock.

Nevertheless, Arwind, the PBA's self-proclaimed Spider-Man, just found humor in the whole situation and took the incident in stride.

“2-5, paskong-pasko."

San Miguel struggled in the Commissioner's Cup and were actually almost eliminated.

The low point came when the Beermen lost to Columbian in overtime, leaving the team with a sorry 2-5 mark.

For that, Santos summed up his team's predicament like only he can.

The Beermen later sneaked into the playoffs as the no. 7 seed and won the title.

"Kung mapikon siya, hindi ko na kasalanan yun."

Before the Beermen actually won the Commissioner's Cup title, Arwind figured in a nasty incident with TNT Best Import Terrence Jones.

As San Miguel took control of the series with a huge Game 5 win, the victory was marred as Santos was caught making a monkey gesture towards Jones.

Sharp-eyed netizens caught the act, and as the media asked Arwind about it, saying if he at least wanted to issue an apology, Santos was defiant.

However, Santos' unapologetic nature later turned and he did issue an apology to Jones, or at the very least he tried.

The Beermen won the title in Game 6.
