It's been almost three months of no basketball in the Philippines, and it seems like it's going to be another three months before the sport can even be considered to return.
As such, PBA players are trying their best to get in shape and get entertained in these trying times.
After all the home workouts are done, Ginebra star Japeth Aguilar is turning to a new-found hobby to pass the time.
Japeth, who is a proud Pampanga native, has finally decided to try cooking.
Local favorite Kaldereta is his first dish.
"Pasado, pasado daw," Japeth added on his dish judged by his wide Cassy.
But even while Japeth gets in on a new hobby, he couldn't help but miss basketball.
The last time Aguilar was on the court was way back in January when Ginebra won the PBA Governors' Cup against Meralco, the series where Japeth was Finals MVP for the first time in his career.
Basta yung mga daily routine, yung gigising ka sa umaga, magpa-practice, and after practice, mag-workout," he said.
