Basketball players make good money, but that doesn't mean PBA players have been resting on their laurels when it comes to their finances.
Take LA Revilla for example, the Northport guard has been going hard on his burgeoning business.
A native of Bacolod, Revilla has ventured in the arena of chicken inasal, because why not?
"Maliit lang, yung inasal," Revilla said on a recent PBA Kamustahan episode.
"Pero marinated lang, kasi di naman kami nakaka-grill dito sa condo. Mostly yung mga nago-order yung mga households na pwede mag-grill sa bahay," LA added.
In his business, Revilla sells ready-to-cook chicken inasal sets for delivery. Naturally, he also provides detailed instructions on how to put together everything.
'It's one way to promote where I came from, it's one of our most well-known and favorite [dish] of Ilonggo people," Revilla added.
LA's chicken inasal business is one of the things that keeps him busy during the PBA shutdown during the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Aside from working out, nagta-try mag-hanap ng extra income kahit paano. Para at least maging productive," Revilla said.
