The Lady Warriors and Jet Spikers occupy the second to third spots with 4-1 win-loss records behind early semifinalist Creamline, which is unblemished in six outings.
Pocari Sweat, the Reinforced Conference champions, rebounded from a four set loss to the Cool Smashers with a straight sets demolition of Adamson University, 25-23, 25-14, 25-19, last Sunday.
Top Most Valuable Player contender Myla Pablo will try to rally the Lady Warriors together with Cai Napomuceno, Jeannette Panaga, Elaine Kasilag and veteran libero Mel Gohing.
The Jet Spikers are riding the crest of their two straight victories, all from five sets, including a 25-22, 26-24, 18-25, 17-25, 15-13, escape against the also-ran Power Smashers.
Veterans Jocemer Tapic, May Ann Pantino and Iari Yongco will be Air Force’s main gunners in battle.
