Unblemished Lady Falcons seek third win in a row
Adamson University hunts for its third straight win.

Enjoying a two-game winning streak, Adamson University coach Air Padda wants her team to keep their momentum going.

That is why she doesn’t want the Lady Falcons to take on the winless Technological Institute of the Philippines lightly when the two squads collide on Saturday in Group B of the inaugural Premier Volleyball League Collegiate Conference at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

“We’re treating it as a very important game that we have to win and we have to prepare for,” said Padda of the match set at 1:00 p.m.

The match will air via livestream.

Adamson holds a perfect 2-0 win-loss record as the only unbeaten team in the bracket.

The Lady Falcons made short work of NCAA champion Arellano University, 25-20, 25-22, 25-16, last week.

Padda will pin her hopes on the duo of Jema Galanza and Eli Soyud, who are averaging 18 points per game.

The Lady Engineers are winless in two outings at the cellar tied with College of St. Benilde.

TIP absorbed a 20-25, 9-25, 13-25, loss at the hands of University of the Philippines Monday.
