Lady Falcons out to formalize semis entry
Undefeated Adamson University hunts for a first semifinals seat against winless College of St. Benilde.

Red hot Adamson University seeks to book Group B’s first semifinals ticket on Monday against also-ran College of St. Benilde in the inaugural Premier Volleyball League Collegiate Conference at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

The Lady Falcons are on a roll, winning all of their first three assignments and are now looking to add the Lady Blazers in their list of victims at 6:30 p.m.

Action will air live on ABS-CBN S+A Channel 23, ABS-CBN S+A HD Channel 166 and via livestream.

With Jema Galanza, Eli Soyud, Joy Dacoron and setter Fenela Emnas playing beautiful music together, Adamson is making a lot of noise in the tournament.

The San Marcelino-based squad destroyed Technological Institute of the Philippines, 25-12, 25-14, 25-13, last Sept. 16 to get in a good position to advance in the best-of-three semifinals.

Adamson will face a team just looking to play the spoilers’ role.

CSB is winless in three outings and is out of the semis contention.

The Blazers are coming off a 19-25, 13-25, 19-25, defeat at the hands of University of the Philippines a week ago.
