Arellano University goes for the bronze medal series clincher against Adamson University.

Hoping to ride on the crest of its momentum, Arellano University is out to seal the inaugural Premier Volleyball League Collegiate Conference best-of-three battle for third place against Adamson University on Saturday at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

The Lady Chiefs exacted revenge against their first round tormentors, 25-23, 26-24, 25-14, Wednesday in the series opener.

Arellano U and Adamson march into battle at 4:00 p.m. The match will air via livestream. Replay is at 8:00 p.m. on ABS-CBN S+A Channel 23 and ABS-CBN S+A HD Channel 166.

Jovielyn Prado led the way for the reigning NCAA champions in Game 1 with 18 points. Necole Ebuen, Regine Arocha, Andrea Marzan, Mary Esguerra and setter Rhea Ramirez will be Prado’s support.

The Lady Falcons are on a three-game losing streak after winning their first six outings.

Joy Dacoron, Eli Soyud and senior high Chiara Permentilla will need to work overtime to help Adamson extend the series on Moday.

In case the series is tied after two games and the championship showdown between National University and Far Eastern University ends, the third place winner will be determined via quotient.
