Fans were treated to a fun-filled afternoon as the Premier Volleyball League held its first-ever Grand Fans Day Friday at the Trinoma Activity Center.
A huge crowd of volleyball supporters trooped to the venue to see their volleyball idols in the event that serves as the league's Season 2 kickoff before action in the Reinforced Conference begins on May 6 at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.
All of the eight participating teams in the women's division and the six squads battling it out in men's play were present for the pre-season promotional event.
Alyssa Valdez of the Creamline Cool Smashers and Myla Pablo of defending champion Pocari Sweat-Air Force Lady Warriors led the PVL stars that gathered for the successful staging of the Grand Fans Day.
Cool prizes were given away as players and lucky fans participated in fun games.
But the highlight of the event was the uniform reveal where each of the teams gave fans a first-look of their respective kits.
Fans were able to get autographs and selfies with their favorite players, who gave time to interact with their avid supporters.
Also present in the event were players of the Petro Gazz Angels, Tacloban Fighting Warays, Iriga-Navy Lady Oragons, BanKo Perlas Spikers, PayMaya High Flyers and BaliPure Water Defenders.
Joining them were men's division teams Cignal, PLDT, Army, Air Force, Vice Cosmetics and Instituto Estetico Manila.
