Petro Gazz is out to end a two-game slide in a duel with high school standouts-bannered BaliPure-National University Wednesday in the Premier Volleyball League Season 2 Reinforced Conference at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

“Wala pa hindi pa jelled ang team but we like what we saw kanina although talo pa rin, malas-malas pero what we saw medyo na-relax kami,” said Yee following Petro Gazz’s 17-25, 25-27, 25-21, 25-14, 13-15 loss to Tacloban last week. “Kaming staff confident kami na mayroong positive na sumunod.”
The Angels march in their 4:00 p.m. battle that will air live via livestream hoping to be able to field Estonian import Kullerkann after skipping their last outing because of a bruised knee.
Paneng Mercado, Ukrainian Anastasia Trach and Rachel Austero will lead Petro Gazz against the young but aggressive crew of the Water Defenders.
Reigning UAAP girls volleyball Most Valuable Player Mhicaela Belen showed her potential with 17 points while American import Alexis Matthews and Princess Robles scored 15 each in a list cause, 23-25, 23-25, 25-22, 19-25, against Iriga-Navy.
