Philippine Air Force targets a share of the early lead.

Reigning Most Valuable Player Ranran Abdilla spearheads Philippine Air Force flight to move up to a share of the lead on Saturday when the Jet Spikers face listless Philippine Army in the Premier Volleyball League Season 2 Reinforced Conference men’s division at the Batangas City Sports Coliseum.

Opening serve is at 10:00 a.m. and the match will air via livestream.

Abdilla powered Air Force to a 25-15, 22-25, 24-26, 25-16, 15-12, win over PLDT Home Fibr with 28 points in their season opener 10 days ago.

Aside from Abdilla, the Jet Spikers will also bank on Fauzi Ismail and Edwin Tolentino in their quest to tie Instituto Estetico Manila (2-0) at the top spot.

Meanwhile, the Troopers are out end a two-game slide.

Army absorbed a four-set loss to Vice Co. in the opener before dropping a 22-25, 25-23, 22-25, 14-25, match against IEM.
