Streaking Petro Gazz and defending champion Pocari Sweat-Air Force clash in an important match in their respective drive for an outright semifinals spot in the Premier Volleyball League Season 2 Reinforced Conference Wednesday at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

The match is set at 4:00 p.m. and will via livestream.

After three straight losses, the Angels managed to turn their campaign around with back-to-back victories over BanKo and Iriga-Navy.

Petro Gazz defeated the Perlas Spikers in a come-from-behind win before sweeping the Lady Oragons, 25-22, 30-28, 25-13 last Saturday behind

Ukrainian Olena Lymareva-Flink’s 16-point debut after replacing injured Estonian import Kadi Kullerkann (knee).

The Lady Warriors hold a 3-2 win-loss slate in a three-way tie at second to fourth spots with PayMaya and BaliPure-National University behind league-leading Creamline (4-1).

The top two teams after the round robin elims will advance outright in the best-of-three semis.
