San Beda University faces University of Perpetual Help in a match where their semifinals hopes are at stake.
San Beda University and University of Perpetual Help collide in a virtual knockout match in the race for the last Final Four seat Wednesday in the Premier Volleyball League Season 2 Collegiate Conference at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.
Game time is at 4:00 p.m. and will air via livestream.
Adamson University (6-0), University of Sto. Tomas (5-1) and Far Eastern University (5-1) are all through to the Final Four.
The Lady Red Spikers and Lady Altas are tied at sixth to seventh place with 1-4 win-loss record.
Both teams are coming off five sets losses with Perpetual falling short against FEU a week ago while San Beda suffered a heartbreak at the hands of Adamson over the weekend.
The loser in the match will kiss its semis hopes goodbye while the winner will need to score another victory in its last match and hope that UP (3-3) won’t reach four wins to force a decider.
The Lady Altas’ last assignment will be against CSB (2-4) on Saturday while the Lady Red Spikers will end its elims campaign on Sunday against UP.
