PVL: CSB, Adamson dispute third semis seat
College of St. Benilde faces Adamson University for the third Final Four seat.

College of St. Benilde and Adamson University battle to formally clinch a Final Four seat in the Premier Volleyball League Season 2 Collegiate Conference men’s division at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

At stake in the 11:00 a.m. tussle is the right to join unbeaten University of Sto. Tomas (8-0) and National University (7-1) in the best-of-three semifinals and avoid playing in a sudden death for the no. 4 spot.

The Blazers and Falcons are tied at third to fourth spot with 5-3 win-loss records.

The loser of the match will face the winner between Far Eastern University and University of the Philippines in a playoff for the last semifinals berth.

Meanwhile, De La Salle University (2-6) and Arellano University (0-8) cross paths at 9:00 a.m. while University of Perpetual Help (3-5) and San Beda University (2-6) clash at 1:00 p.m.
