PVL: Lady Eagles eye third straight win
Ateneo-Motolite marches into battle against Tacloban hoping to win its third straight game.

Ateneo-Motolite shoots for its third straight win against well-rested Tacloban Wednesday in the Premier Volleyball League Season 2 Open Conference at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

The Lady Eagles are coming off a sweep of their back-to-back weekend schedule and are tied with Creamline with 4-1 win-loss at second spot behind unbeaten BanKo (5-0).

Bannered by top hitter Kat Tolentino and solid veteran middles in Bea De Leon and Maddie Madayag, Ateneo-Motolite marches into the 4:00 p.m. battle, that will air live on LIGA SkyCable Channel 86, LIGA HD SkyCable Channel 183 and via livestream, brimming with confidence.

The Lady Eagles swept past Iriga last Saturday before outlasting Adamson-Akari in five sets the following day.

While Ateneo-Motolite is riding the crest of its winning run, the Fighting Warays are itching to get back on the right track after back-to-back losses to Creamlinr and BanKo a week ago.

Tacloban will try to take advantage of its weeklong rest to improve its 2-3 slate.
