PVL: Motolite in ‘do-or-die match’ vs. Perlas Spikers
Motolite shoot for its second straight win and to boost its chances of making it to the Final Four.

Motolite braces for a tough match against BanKo on Sunday in an all-important match in the race for the remaining two Final Four seats in the Premier Volleyball League Season 3 Reinforced Conference at the Alonte Sports Arena in Binan, Laguna.

Game time is at 2:00 p.m. and will air live on ABS-CBN S+A Channel 23, ABS-CBN S+A HD Channel 166, LIGA SkyCable Channel 86, LIGA HD SkyCable Channel 183, iWant and via livestream.

Motolite boosted its semifinals bid after outlasting eliminated BaliPure, 23-25, 23-25, 25-14, 24-14, 15-12, on Saturday for a 3-5 win-loss record at fourth spot just half a game ahead of the Perlas Spikers (2-5).

“It's going to be you know, do or die, kill or be killed because we're both playing for survival. So and we're ready, we're ready for it,” said Motolite coach Air Padda.

Motolite will take on a well-rested and a very hungry BanKo side which is looking to end a three-game slump.

The Perlas Spikers were swept by semis-bound defending champion Creamline last week in Iloilo.

But BanKo is expected to come into the game smoking with Thai import Sutadta Cheuwulim now fully adjusted with the system after replacing American import Kia Bright.
