 PVL: Tigresses, Lady Blazers dispute share of lead
University of Sto. Tomas hunts for its second straight win.

University of Sto. Tomas and College of St. Benilde collide for a share of the lead in Group B of the Premier Volleyball League Season 3 Collegiate Conference at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan on Sunday.

Both teams are coming of morale-boosting victories last week and are looking for a fitting follow up in their 10:00 a.m. clash to join solo leader Arellano University at 2-0 win-loss slate. The game will air via iWant and livestream.

With EJ Laure back in the fold and rookie Imee Hernandez making her presence felt last week, the Tigresses ripped Lyceum of the Philippines University, 25-18, 25-13, 25-21, to start their campaign on a high note.

The Lady Blazers are fresh from a huge 28-26, 25-22, 25-17 upset win over Far Eastern University last week.

Meanwhile, Letran and San Beda University face off in an all-NCAA team battle at 8:00 a.m. with both teams seeking to bounce back from opening day setbacksin Group A.

The Lady Knights bowed down to reigning UAAP champion Ateneo de Manila University in four sets while the Lady Red Spikers absorbed a straight sets loss to Adamson University.

At 12:00 noon FEU will face another opening day loser in TIP in Group B.
