PVL: Cool Smashers seek 13th win, semis top seed
Creamline is out to extend its winning streak to 13 and formalize its Final Four no. 1 seeding.

Undefeated defending champion Creamline guns for its 13th straight win as it rekindles its rivalry against PetroGazz in the Premier Volleyball League Season 3 Open Conference at the University of St. La Salle gym in Bacolod City on Sunday.

Action begins at 4:00 p.m. and will air live on LIGA SkyCable Channel 86, LIGA HD SkyCable Channel 183, iWant and via livestream.

Already through to the Final Four, the Cool Smashers are just looking to secure the top seed and build up momentum heading into the next round.

Fielding a star-studded crew headed by Alyssa Valdez, Jia Morado, Michele Gumabao and Jema Galanza, Creamline is tipped to duplicate its first round win over its Reinforced Conference Finals tormentor, which is coming off a five-set defeat at the hands of Motolite that snapped its eight-game winning streak.

The Angels are at second spot with a 9-3 slate ahead of BanKo (9-5) and Motolite (9-5).

Jonah Sabete, Jeanette Panaga, Cherry Nunag and Jovielyn Prado will spearhead PetroGazz’s drive to get back on the winning track.
