As part of the sponsorship, MG will release 85 units of MG RX5 -- a five-seater SUV –- which the PHISGOC will distribute in different clusters where the Games will be held.

“When we were approached by the organizers of the 30th Southeast Asian Games we were already very excited that we will be able to provide the mobility requirements not only the team members but the organizers and the participants,” added Arcilla.

Phisgoc will provide the service drivers and the fuel for the MG vehicles that will be available in the transport hubs in every clusters.

“Across 58 venues medyo challenging ang logistics and transpo. So ang mga ipapahiram na kotse ni MG malaking tulong para mai-transport natin ang ating mga delegates around four clusters in Subic, Clark, Manila and South Luzon,” said Alcazar.

The addition of MG’s sponsorship as mobility partner according to Alcazar will complement all the other transportation needs for the Games that will be participated by 11 countries and approximately 11,000 athletes and officials.
