Defending champion the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea remain in contention as the quarterfinal stage of the prestigious biennial event continues in France

FIFA World Cup fever is not yet over as ABS-CBN S+A and LIGA turn the spotlight to the world’s best young female football teams with the airing of the Semifinals and Final matches of the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup France 2018, beginning LIVE on August 20, August 21, and August 25. 

Local football fans will be able to watch not one, but two Semifinal matches on S+A and LIGA on Monday, August 20th, starting with the first match between England and Japan at 10 pm (next day replay at 6:30 am) followed by the second match between Spain and France early Tuesday, August 21st at 1:30 am (replay on August 22, Wednesday at 6:30 am.

Meanwhile, the Final of the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup will air LIVE from the Stade de la Rabine in Vannes, France on S+A and LIGA on Thursday, August 25th at 1:25 am. Watch the games in high-definition on cable on S+A HD or LIGA HD.

S+A and LIGA, sports channels of ABS-CBN Sports, were also the country’s official broadcasters of the recent the FIFA World Cup Russia 2018.

S+A also airs selected matches from top European club football leagues such as the English Premier League, Spanish La Liga, and Italian Serie A as part of ABS-CBN Sports’ efforts to promote love and appreciation for the most popular sport in the world in the Philippines.

Don’t miss the semifinal round of the ongoing FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup on Monday, August 20 at 10 pm and early Tuesday, August 21 at 1:30 am on S+A and S+A HD and LIGA and LIGA HD.
