Want to ride a bike but not outside? We got you covered.
A lot of people are starting to work out again especially just after the holidays.
And while many people really do not prefer lifting dumbbells, cardio becomes the easiest and most convenient way to lose weight.
However, regular jogging just sometimes turn into a boring activity that we all need to find some other ways to you know, "have fun."
That is where bikes come in but let's face it, in the congested streets of Metro Manila, who has time to ride bikes outside?
Stationary bicycling is the answer for all us folks.
Having all the benefits of biking at the comforts of your home or in the gym, what's not to like?
Oh and biking is easier for your joints compared to running.
So what are we waiting for? Let's all hop on a stationary bike to get rid of that holiday weight.
