PBA greats Alvin Patrimonio, Paul Alvarez and Jerry Cordiñera visit Vice Ganda for a little talk (and dance). What are you still doing reading this part? Go watch the clips below.
When PBA greats Alvin Patrimonio, Paul Alvarez and Jerry Cordiñera paid a visit on Vice Ganda's late-night talk show Gandang Gabi Vice, it's pretty much automatic that hilarity would ensue.
Of course, Patrimonio is "The Captain" while Cordiñera is known as the "Defense Minister."
Alvarez, who holds the second-highest output by a local with 71 points behind Allan Caidic's 79 was known as "Mr. Excitement" thanks to his dunks. All three were once part of the national team at the same time.
The discussions started out pretty standard as the trio of former PBA stars, who happened to be close friends by the way, recalled their respective collegiate careers.
Patrimonio, the one who got the most out of his professional career, is the one who ironically found the least success in college while playing for the Mapua Cardinals as Alvarez and Cordiñera won championships with the San Sebastian Stags and the UE Red Warriors respectively.
Vice Ganda also had the three dance on set after looking at a clip from the hit 1989 movie "Last 2 minutes" that featured all three.
However, the best part may have been when the entire world found out that both Patrimonio and Alvarez were linked to the Queen of all Media back in the day.
In case you didn't know, the Queen's name is Kris Aquino.
It was also revealed that Alvarez had an on-and-off relationship with actress Vivian Velez while Cordiñera had a past relationship with Nadia Montenegro and was also linked to Alice Dixson.
