Whenever the WWE breaks out the Hell in a Cell match, you can expect some pretty insane sequences.
Sunday night (Monday morning, Manila time) was no different, as Shane McMahon (surprise surprise) went crashing off a 20-foot high cage in the night's most extreme spot.
After sending opponent Kevin Owens off the cage and crashing into one of the announce tables during their main event match at WWE Hell in a Cell in Detroit, the Smackdown Live Commissioner decided that he wasn't done just yet.
Shane-O-Mac picked dragged Owens onto another announce table before proceeding back up the cage for one of his now-signature suicide dives.
Once at the top of the cage, McMahon did a little sign of the cross before taking the leap of faith.
Unfortunately for Shane, Owens managed to get out of the way (with a little help) just in time, leaving nothing but announce table to absorb the impact of the fall.
Instagram user @dcold313 recorded the jump, in all of its chaotic glory. Check it out:
Owens managed to pick up the win after pinning McMahon (again, with some help).
If you're a big WWE fan, you'll know that this isn't the first time that Shane's done this. It also likely won't be the last.
If you aren't a WWE fan, but are curious to see more, just Google 'Shane McMahon jumps off cage'.
According to the official WWE website, McMahon suffered a laundry list of injuries, including fractured ribs and a dislocated shoulder because of the fall.
On a lighter note, McMahon took the 'Jumpman' brand to heart, as he had on a pair of customized Air Jordan 31s for the Hell in a Cell event.
Time to fly indeed.
McMahon is a Jordan Brand endorser, and has been rocking Js for quite some time now. He's usually rocking Air Jordan 1s on TV weekly.
